B2B, but make it cool. The Business Marketing unit of Spotify sought to strengthen relations with current partners and win over prospective ones on social. I led content planning and community management, employing engagement tactics to inform and delight this unique audience.

To drive downloads of the Culture Next report highlighting Gen Z and millennial trends, we concepted an Instagram feed overhaul leveraging Gen Z/millennial influencers to humanize the data. Plus our first AR filter quiz and custom Giphy stickers!

On a regular basis, we set out to engage Spotify’s partners with evergreen social content that featured insights, Spotify executives, events (Cannes Lions, CES), and a bit of B2B banter.

Oh yeah, and then the social person got to write some fun and cool B2B emails.
