The UK’s beloved grab-and-go eatery has a growing customer base in the US. My main challenge was to establish a consistent social presence and relatable messaging for its American audience, while staying true to Pret’s heritage and friendly tone of voice. My very ~personal~ challenge was resisting the urge to eat a chocolate chip cookie every day.
